We have developed an interface for Control4 which allows for full control over SageTV clients & extenders from any Control4 interface. This system will allow users to view DVD cover art on touch panels and via the new itouch interface, system remotes will also list all available DVD’s. Simply select your DVD and have the light’s dim, and curtains draw as the movie begins.
As each client connects via a network connection and is also controlled via the network, less cabling is required and also there is no need for expensive High Definition matrix switchers. Additional zones can be added at any time to allow your system to grow.
SageTV will also distribute TV around the house via the network and allow for Sky+ type recording, although now your recordings will be available in any room you have a client connected!
Want to watch your recordings or Live TV away from the home? You can easily do this with SageTV via any web browser.
We can integrate this system into an existing PC which would be used as a server or supply you with a dedicated server.
Each client is also HD capable and can play many popular formats.
